Returns

Fragrance is personal, and skin is not a swatch. If a bottle is not right for you, we would rather have it back than have it sit unused.

Unopened bottles Return within fourteen days of delivery for a full refund, provided the seal is intact and the packaging is undamaged. Write to [hello@verique.in] with your order number and we will send a return label.

Opened bottles We cannot resell an opened bottle, so we cannot refund one — with one exception below. We would rather you knew that before you ordered than after.

If something is wrong A leaking atomiser, a damaged box, the wrong fragrance, or a composition that smells off: tell us within seven days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full, opened or not. Send a photograph if you can. We will not ask you to return a faulty bottle at your own cost.

Refunds Once your return reaches us, refunds are issued to the original payment method within five to seven working days.
